These terms cover this website only. If you hire us, the work is governed by the proposal and contract we sign with you — not by this page.

Using this site
You are welcome to browse, read and share anything here. Please do not:
- copy substantial parts of the site's design, code or writing to use as your own
- attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to it
- use the audit tool in an automated way, at volume, or against sites you have no legitimate interest in
- use anything here in a way that breaks the law where you are
The free website audit
The audit is provided as a courtesy, free, with no account and no obligation. It works by passing the address you enter to Google's PageSpeed Insights API and presenting the result in plain English.
The findings come from Google, not from us, and they are a snapshot of one test run at one moment. Scores move between runs. Nothing in the report is a guarantee, a professional recommendation for your specific circumstances, or a substitute for someone looking properly. Act on it at your own discretion.
Please only run it against sites you own or are entitled to test. We may withdraw or rate-limit the tool at any time.
Our work and your work
Everything on this site — the writing, the design, the code, the Howdy name and logo — belongs to us unless stated otherwise. Client names and logos shown here belong to those clients and appear with their permission.
Work we produce for you is different, and is dealt with in your contract. Our normal position is simple: once a project is paid for in full, the deliverables are yours outright.
Accuracy
We write this site carefully and keep it current, but we make no promise that everything is complete, accurate or up to date at every moment. Prices, timelines and figures shown here are indicative. The only numbers that bind either of us are the ones in a signed proposal.
Links to other sites
Where we link elsewhere, we are pointing at something useful, not endorsing everything on it. We are not responsible for other people's websites or their content.
Liability
This website and the audit tool are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from relying on anything in it — including lost profit, lost data or business interruption.
Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, such as fraud or death and personal injury caused by negligence.
Enquiries are not a contract
Sending an enquiry, receiving a reply, or being given an estimate does not create a contract between us. Work begins when a written proposal is accepted by both sides.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will tell you when we last did.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
